Daniel Pérez Fernández es investigador predoctoral FPU-Ministerio y candidato a Doctor por la Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (UAM). Es graduado en Ciencia Política y Administración Pública por la UAM y Máster en Democracia y Gobierno (itinerario en Teoría Política) por la misma universidad. Actualmente colabora con «Panoptikuhn» – Grupo de Estudios sobre Conflicto en la Red – y con el Seminario Joven de Teoría Política, amén de participar en el proyecto de investigación BICOM: «Bienes comunes: articulación cívica y jurídica» (SI/PJI/2019-00474). En su tesis doctoral, codirigida por Fernando Vallespín y Máriam Martínez-Bascuñán, analiza el papel de Internet – y sus tecnologías asociadas – en la configuración de tres proyectos hegemónicos (EEUU, China y Rusia).
Short Bio
Daniel Pérez Fernández is a junior researcher and PhD candidate at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (UAM). He holds a BA in Political Science and Public Administration from UAM and a Master in Democracy and Government (Political Theory itinerary) from the same university. Currently, he collaborates with «Panoptikuhn» – Group of Studies on Network Conflicts – and is part in some initiatives on political theory, like that of the SJTP. He is also a member of the BICOM research project: «Common goods: civic and juridical expressions» (SI/PJI/2019-00474). On his ongoing PhD dissertation, supervised by both Fernando Vallespín and Máriam Martínez-Bascuñán, he analyzes the role of the Internet – and its close associate technologies – on the development of three hegemonic projects (those of the US, China and Russia).
