Training programme for recent graduates of Alcobendas


The Plan Funciona of Alcobendas calls the aids for theoretical and practical training aimed to the recent graduates of Alcobendas. The objective of these grants is to facilitate the integration of these students in the labour market and to reward their effort and their trajectory excellence. 

The training programme will be delivered and recognised by the UAM. 20 ECTS can be achieved. The programme focuses on the acquirement of personal and professional skills, as well as a strategic view of the Enterprise. The entire programme will be carried out by teaching staff of the UAM. 

The people chosen for the training programme will undertake paid internships (€670 monthly + social security contributions for university students) during 12 months, in co-operation with leading companies. 

There are 26 places for the next profiles of university degrees and superior vocational training (FP): Computer Science Engineering, Telecommunication Technology and Service Engineering, Industrial engineering, Economics and Business Studies, Law, Labour Relations, Advertising and Public relations, Administration and Finances, Development of Web Applications and Informatics Systems and Networks.

The enterprises collaborating in the programme and where the students will have the opportunity to undertake the internships are: Bombardier European Holdings, Btren Mantenimiento Ferroviario, Bull España, Fecron Consulting Services, Ford España, Indra, Mercedes-Benz España, Orpea Ibérica, Siconet Ingenieros, Sogepyma, Techdata España, Vass Consultoría de Sistemas and Wincor Nixdorf.
