Teaching complaints
In general, following the following steps is recommended:

  1. First contact with the teacher of the subject matter
  2. If a satisfactory solution is not reached, contact with the Postgrade Program Coordinator del programa de Posgrado, Jesús Bescós
  3. As a third step, a complaint can be presented to the Director of the Escuela Politécnica Superior, using the templates available in the EPS Secretariat
  4. As a last step, a complaint can be presented to the President of the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid
