Result and qualification in the annual Academic Tutelage file:

The Doctoral Program Coordinator will send the qualifications and, where appropriate, reports to the Doctoral School within the established deadlines.

Students with a positive evaluation will enroll in the following tutelage, at the beginning of the academic year, in the periods provided for it.

In the event of a negative evaluation, the doctoral student will be evaluated again within the established deadlines for the second extraordinary evaluation. During this period, a new Research Plan must be prepared and registered in the Sigma academic management system of the University and satisfactorily respond to the requirements expressed by the Academic Committee in its report. If the second evaluation is passed, you are allowed to enroll in the next guardianship. If there is a second negative evaluation, the doctoral student will be permanently withdrawn from the program.

The positive evaluation of the third guardianship entails the approval for the deposit of the thesis, unless an extension or prorogation of the term to prepare the doctoral thesis is requested.
