In order to be an Erasmus student at UAM, there must be an agreement between your home university and UAM, otherwise you cannot nominate yourself. You should check in advance with your home university about the possibility of coming to UAM through the Erasmus programme and find out the procedure for applying for an Erasmus grant. Being an Erasmus student implies two things:
First : being nominated as an Erasmus student by your home university.
Second : being accepted as an Erasmus student by the host university (UAM).
How to apply for admission to UAM as an Erasmus student for 2019/2020
Deadlines:
A - Application Form (electronic application form)
This process comprises two steps:
1.Registration as user: you need to register as a UAM user to access online services Click here for registering as a user, you will recieve an email with your username and your password (please check your SPAM folder)
2.Application form: with the user name and password you were given when registering, you will log in the application form. Click here for completing the application form. Important: confirm with your home university the UAM faculty or school you have been selected for.

B - Learning Agreement (paper form)
Please send us your Learning Agreement signed and stamped by your home university. You can send it by post, fax or scanned to:

Remember that at least 50% of the credits must belong to the UAM faculty or school in which you are going to study. Subjects taught in English. Download the Learning Agreement.

Language requirements
The level of Spanish required for incoming students is:
- B1 for graduate studies
- B2 for:
o Faculty of Economics and Business Administration
o Hispanic Studies Degree
o Postgraduate Studies
With the exception of specific studies that request a specific level
UAM will not request documents providing the level of Spanish to the applicant student; however the home university will ensure the candidate meets the language requirements.
