During the academic years 2017/18 and 2018/19  Universidad Autónoma de Madrid is taking part in the mobility programme Erasmus+ KA107 (International Credit Mobility) with partner countries.

Scholarships

Mobility grants under the KA107 Erasmus+ programme for incoming students and teaching staff consist on the following:

Monthly allowance for students: 800€/month

Monthly allowance for academic staff: 120€/day         

Travel allowance for students and teaching staff fixed by country:

  • Algeria, Morocco and Tunis: 275€
  • Egypt, Jordan and Lebanon: 530€
  • Kazakhstan:820€     
  • Singapore:1.100€

 

How to apply for admission to UAM as a KA107 Erasmus+ student for 2018/19 

In the framework of the Erasmus+ programme, all mobility activities are conditional upon the signature of an interinstitutional agreement between the issuing and the receiving universities before the start of the mobility. Also, the student must have been nominated for the Erasmus+ programme.  

If you have been selected by your home university in the framework of the Erasmus+KA107 you must apply for admission in the UAM from the 15th of May to the 15th of June (for Fall Semester) and from 15th June to 15th November (for Spring Semester)

A - Application Form (electronic application form)

This process has two stages:

  1. Registration as user: you need to register as a UAM user to access online services. Click here for registering as a user, you will receive an email with your username and your password. (Please, check your SPAM folder).
  2. Application form: with the user name and password you were given when registering, you will log in the application form. Click here for completing the application form.

B-Learning Agreement (Paper form)

Please send us your Learning Agreement signed and stamped by your home university. You can send it scanned to: erasmus.ka107.em@uam.es

Remember that at least 51% of your subjects must belong to the UAM faculty or school in which you are going to study.

How to formalize the Erasmus+ KA107 scholarship in the UAM as an international student for the year 2018/19

The International Relations Office at the UAM will ask you to sign a grant agreement and to provide your bank account details

Language requirements

The level of Spanish required for incoming students is:

  • B1 for graduate studies
  • B2 for:
    • Faculty of Economics and Business Administration
    • Hispanic Studies Degree
    • Postgraduate Studies

With the exception of specific studies that request a specific level.

UAM will not request documents providing the level of Spanish to the applicant student; however the home university will ensure the candidate meets the language requirements.

 

Registration

After having been accepted you will have to enroll at the UAM in the following dates:

1st semester and full academic year from 1st to 15th September

2nd semester from 16th to 31st January
