La Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, a través del Vicerrectorado de Relaciones Internacionales, promueve la movilidad del Personal de Administración y Servicios de la universidad a través del Programa de Aprendizaje Permanente Erasmus con fines formativos. Esta acción engloba dos tipos de movilidad:

•   Movilidad de personal de una institución de educación superior a una empresa. El objetivo es permitir que los beneficiarios aprendan de la transferencia de conocimientos o de competencias y adquieran aptitudes prácticas. Las actividades pueden ser muy variadas: seminarios, talleres, cursos y conferencias, periodos de formación práctica, breves comisiones de servicios, etc.
•   Movilidad de personal de una institución de educación superior a otra institución de educación superior socia. El objetivo es permitir que los beneficiarios aprendan de las experiencias y buenas prácticas de la institución socia y mejoren las aptitudes que requiere su actual puesto de trabajo. La principal actividad es una breve estancia en la institución socia que puede denominarse de varias maneras: breves comisiones de servicios, observación de profesionales, visitas de estudios, etc.

4h International Staff Staff Training Week -Pázmány Péter Catholic University

2nd Library Staff Training Week -University of Thessaloniki

Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTh) is organizing its 2nd Erasmus Library Staff Training Week from the 14th till the 18th of May 2018 in Thessaloniki. 



Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (Library & Information Centre & Department of European Educational Programmes) invites library staff (librarians, information specialists, Library IT staff, etc.) to share ideas, knowledge and expertise. Such exchange may enable collaboration and provide solutions to common problems.

The programme includes: presentation of Aristotle University and its two cooperating departments (Library & Department of European Educational Programmes), presentations/workshops regarding AUTh Library collections and services, optional presentations by participants, tours, trip, etc.

In case of high number of applications, Aristotle University will examine all applications and select the final list of candidates.

Erasmus Staff Training Week 2018 -University of Liège

"Dear Partners,

The University of Liège (ULiège) is happy to announce its ERASMUS Staff Training Week 2018 that will take place between12 and 16 March 2018.

We propose 2 different topics for 2 target groups:

  1.     “Open Access” –  For Librarians, or any staff member working in an academic library/institution concerned by the development and implementation of Open Access/Science tools and services (beginner level).
    >> max. 15 participants on motivated application (limited to one by institution)
  2.     “HRS4R Assessment” – For Institutions that were already awarded HRS4R and are preparing their interim/internal review. 
    >> max. 24 participants on motivated application

Working language: English

The application form is available on our website. The application deadline is Ferbuary 4th, 2018. Confirmations will be sent after February 12th. Please do not make travel arrangements before your participation is confirmed.

There are no participation fees. Participants are expected to cover their own travel and living expenses through the Erasmus Staff Mobility Programme for Training or otherwise.

International Staff Training Days  -University of Iceland

"Dear colleagues, 
We are pleased to announce that International Staff Training Days will be held at the University of Iceland 16-18 May 2018. The Staff Days are open to university employees working in the field of international relations and mobility. We especially welcome colleagues from our partner universities.

This year’s theme is Quality of Mobility. The programme will include talks, presentations and interactive workshops revolving around these central questions: 
·        What are the key indicators of quality in mobility? How can we measure the quality of existing partnerships? 
·        How can digital technology be used to improve the quality of mobility? 
·        How can we increase mobility to/from less active faculties and to/from less active partners? 

Highlights of the program include our ever-popular international tasting reception, professional guest lecturers, a networking dinner in downtown Reykjavík plus an excursion to the Krýsuvík Geothermal Area. Details of the program will be published later. 

Participation fee is 190€ for the full programme from noon, Wednesday and all-day Thursday & Friday. The fee includes two lunches, a welcome reception, dinner Thursday evening, handouts, coffee and refreshments and the excursion.  Please note that participants are responsible for covering their own accommodation and travel costs.

JYU International Office  -Erasmus+ Staff Exchange

To your attention: we have extended the application period for the Erasmus+ Staff Exchange week until the 26th of November.

The JYU International Office is pleased to announce the Erasmus+ staff exchange week 2018 open for applications! The event, taking place on 15 - 19 January, will be hosted by  the Student and Academic Services, and consist of two parallel tracks, joint networking events and departmental visits. All sessions will be run as interactive workshops based on active participation and sharing of best practices.

The tracks offered are:

Track 1: Good practices and common challenges in international student and staff mobility

Track 2: Migrants and refugees in higher education in European universities

The new deadline for applications is the 26th of November 2017.   As a rule, up to two participants per university and track are accepted. Please note that the participation is free of charge.

4th Erasmus International Staff Week  -University of Foggia
