 Invitation Erasmus+ Staff Training Week, Ludwigsburg

We are delighted to invite all partners to our 2nd Erasmus+ Staff Training Week.
From 17th - 22nd of February we would love to have you with us to discuss issues and ideas around the topic Project Management in International Offices and Research Support Offices.
Aside from participating in workshops, we would also like to use the time to deepen our partnership with you and exchange ideas about upcoming projects.

International Week 23-27 March 2020 - Register now

Odisee University of Applied Sciendes is happy to welcome you to its 4th annual International Week. It will take place from 23 to 27 March 2020.

This year’s International Week focuses on exchange of administrative staff members and management and will include skills lab and campus visits, cultural activities and sessions where we get to know each other’s institutions a bit better.      

Online registrations are now possible through the International Week website. On the website you can also have a look at the programme.

Registration deadline is 31 January 2020.

Please note that the organization of the International Week depends on the number of applicants. We will inform you about this in the first week of February at the latest (if we reach our target number of applicants, we will let you know sooner).

7th International Staff Week - 25.-29.11.2019 University of South Bohemia - Czech Republic

We are pleased to invite you to the 7th International Staff Week at the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice, Czech Republic.

Date: Monday 25th till Friday 29th November

Our International Staff Week is designed mainly for participants working in the field of International Relations. The programme includes workshop sessions, networking events and presentation and „tasting“ of our university and its faculties. During the leisure time you can enjoy the Christmas atmosphere of the city and the visit of Český Krumlov (UNESCO site). The International Staff Week is a great opportunity to get to know the University of South Bohemia, meet new colleagues and exchange experience and good practices in the field of International Relations and internationalization.

For diversity of the group, we will accept a maximum of 2 participants per institution.

Erasmus+ Staff Week University of Limerick - Library Staff

We are delighted to inform you that the Glucksman Library at the University of Limerick are hosting an Erasmus+ Staff Week from Tuesday 14th January to Thursday 16th January 2020. 

The theme of this event will be Systematic Reviews and Libraries. The Glucksman Library staff team (Liz Dore, Librarian, Education and Health Sciences, Pattie Punch, Librarian, Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences, Isabelle Delaunois, Librarian, University Hospital Limerick) will  open the conversation on how they support the systematic review process for staff and students and will share their approaches and best practice. Practical hands on experience will be facilitated.

The main topics will be:

International Staff Week at Tallinn University of Technology, Estonia

The event is taking place from 20 April until 23 April 2020. During the week, you will hear about the services we offer in order to bring people closer to the University. In addition, we will visit TalTech Innovation and Business Centre Mektory and TalTech Library. Cultural activities are included in the programme.

Please be advised that the application deadline is January 20, 2020. We have a participation fee of 50€, which covers welcome dinner, coffee breaks and cultural activities.
