The feeding tube is placed in the right mainstem bronchus .

Answer to Question 2:

Symptoms or complications of a "TURP-Syndrome" are:

neurologic system:
confusion to coma
blurred vision to blindness

cardiovascular system:
bradycardia or other arrhythmias
hypertension followed by hypotension
heart failure

pulmonary system:
pulmonary edema
cyanosis, hypoxemia

hematologic system:
dilutional anemia
hyperkalemia (hemolysis)
coagulopathy, bleeding
high glycin and ammonia levels

Answer to Question 3:

Corlopam (Fenoldopam) is a relatively new peripheral dopamine-1 (DA1) receptor agonist. It decreases blood pressure by dilating renal, splanchnic and cardiac vasculature. There is good evidence that corlopam not only lowers blood pressure, but also improves renal function.
