Description: The Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (OHIM) in Spain and the National Center for Digital Government, based at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, are partnering to examine the management innovations, including e-business structures, introduced at the OHIM over the past decade. The two organizations will produce a case study on their findings for use in public management and public administration classrooms in Spain and elsewhere.
