Description

In this talk it will be presented some information about:

• Academy of Sciences of Moldova (ASM) which represents the only public institution of national interest in the sphere of science and innovation activity,;
• Institute of Applied Physics as a scientific research institution of ASM;
• Research activity of the Laboratory “Optoelectronica Andrei Andriesh” which is one of the laboratories of IAP: production technology and optical spectroscopy of chalcogenide glasses, amorphous layers including metallic impurities; study of electrical, optical, photoelectrical, and photoinduced phenomena in non-crystalline semiconductors, etc.;
• Finally, it will be presented the role of cooperation between the company SanGa and the Institute of Applied Physics within the project INFINITE-CELL.
