Presentation:

The evolution of Consumer Law is faster and faster in our legal systems. This evolution is due to our membership to the European Union and, in particular, to the work done by the European legislator, when approving the Directives applicable to the matter, and by the European Court of Justice, when interpreting the European Law. In this course we will study the last European regulation on Consumer Law and the case-law of the European Court of Justice.  The aim is to study all these issues from the point of view of European law. The recipients of the course, both national and foreign students, can learn more about the European legal reality in Consumer Law with two professors of the Faculty of Law highly qualified and specialized in the subject. The Summer School is worth 2 ECTS.
