34th Telecommunication Engineers Awards of the COIAT/AIET: 4 winners and 1 finalist of the EPS

The winners of the 34th Telecommunication Engineer of the COIT/AIET Award have been announced.

" The Secretary-General of the COIT and Secretary of the AIET,  Francisco Javier Gabiola Ondarra, has chaired the meeting of the jury of this XXXIV call of the awards to the best Doctoral Thesis, to the best Final Projects and to the best Master's Projects of the year 2013, carried out by telecommunication engineers from all over Spain".

We congratulate all the award-winnings, and specially, the 4 winners and the finalist of our School:

• Javier Pérez Ávilas: winner of the ADESLAS award to the best Final Project/Master Project in New Communication Technologies in the field of health and medicine.
  
  
• Diego Ortego Hernández:  winner of the AIRBUS DEFENCE AND SPACE award to the best Final Project/Master Project in Secure Communications and Cyber security.
  
  
• Arturo Mayoral López de Lerma: winner of the FUNDACIÓN TELEFÓNICA award to the best Final Project/Master Project in Telecommunication Networks and Services.
  
  
• Pablo Bacho Manzorro: finalist of the FUNDACIÓN TELEFÓNICA award to the best Final Project/Master of Project in Telecommunication Networks and Services.
  
  
• Sergio Casas Olmedo: winner of the HISPASAT winner to the best Final Project/Master Project in New Technologies for Communication Satellites.
