Ana Mª Díaz Martín holds a PhD in Economic and Business Sciences from the University of Oviedo. She defended her doctoral thesis on the quality of service in tourism in 1997. In 2006 she joined the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, where she is currently Professor of Marketing and Director of the Department of Finance and Commercial Research.
She has: 4 recognized research periods, 1 transfer period, more than 50 scientific publications, 6 research awards and 1 entrepreneurship award.
