Prof. Negro has a Master in Telecommunications Engineering by the ETSI (Madrid Polytechnic - UPM). Also received a PDG (General Management Program) degree by IESE (University of Navarra), and a Diploma in Business Administration by CEPADE (UPM).

As an Associate Professor of Marketing Management at the Faculty of Economics and Business. UAM (Universidad Autónoma de Madrid) has lectured to students of ADE in 2014 (Business Administration) and DADE (double degree of Law and Business Administration) – since 2017. Currently he is also Professor of Sales Management (on line) at CEPADE (UPM), where he has collaborated in Technology courses since 1988. Also has led a European wide in-company sales coaching program at UNISYS.

Currently heads the Marketing and Sales divisions at Neo Advertising, a company leader in Digital Signage and Retail Marketing areas. Neo works for multinational companies like Repsol, Mapfre, Carrefour, Ikea and others. Also collaborates as an Arbiter in Telecommunications for the Community of Madrid, in representation of the Telecom Engineers Association of Spain. Previously Prof. Negro has held management positions at UNISYS Spain, Telefonica and John Ryan Intl. As an independent consultant he has developed projects at Repsol, The Ministry of Industry of Spain
