Postgraduate Program Manager (Master and Doctorate in Theoretical Physics). Part-time.

Responsibilities:
Support to the administrative and financial management of the Master and Doctorate program of Theoretical Physics, of the Department of Theoretical Physics UAM.
REQUIREMENTS:
o University Degree (Undergraduate Degree/Master or equivalent). A degree in Physics will be especially valued.
o High level of written and spoken English.
o Demonstrated experience of at least 2 years in administrative and financial management.
o Proficiency in office computer application skills (MS Office), especially Excel, and HTML.
MERITS:
o Experience in an academic environment.
o Other European Union language skills.
o Web page designing skills
o Resolution of economic cases and audits
o Management of scientific projects and consortia.
CONTRACT:
o One year contract subject to renewal
o Annual Brute Salary to be determined
o Part-time (20 hours)
o Commencement date - Immediate
