What is GSGS?

The Gender Studies Graduate Seminar of the English Philology department was founded in 1998 and hosted by the English Department of the Autonomous University of Madrid. It encourages research and critical thought on gender issues, Feminism and Women Studies in Anglo-American Literature and Arts among students and researchers. The Gender Studies Seminar works to spread the development of Gender Studies at underdraduate, graduate, or PhD levels.
