Natalia Rubio is a Professor of Marketing at Autonoma University of Madrid, Spain. She teaches Marketing and Marketing Research in Master in Marketing Management and in the undergraduate studies of Business Administration and Tourism. She is treasurer at Spanish Association of Academic and Professional Marketing (AEMARK).
She has two six-year research periods certificated by CNEAI (National Commission for the Evaluation of Research Activity). Her main research interests are Brand Management, Retail, Marketing Research, Omni-Channel Customer Experience and Social Networking.
She has published articles in well-known international journals indexed in Journal Citation Report (JCR) and SCImago Journal Ranking (SJR), such as Food Quality and Preference; British Food Journal; Cyberpsychology, Behavior and Social Networking; European Journal of Marketing; International Journal of Market Research; International Review of Retail, Distribution and Consumer Research; Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services; Journal of Marketing Management and Journal of Product and Brand Management, among others. Her research has also appeared in well-known Spanish journals such as BRQ Business Research Quarterly, Universia, Spanish Journal of Marketing Research, Información Comercial Española and Distribución y Consumo. She has presented several papers at the annual conferences of EMAC, EAERCD, EIRASS and AEMARK among others.
She has managed two competitive Research Projects funded by Spanish Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness and by Ramón Areces Foundation. She also serves as an ad-hoc reviewer for several international and national research journals.
