AUTHOR GUIDELINES AND MANUSCRIPT SUBMISSION

Abstracts of up to 300 words may be submitted to the Forum email address: foro.economia.circular@uam.es  before July 1. After its evaluation and a peer review process, on July 15 a notification will be sent to the authors informing them of its possible acceptance, as well as an invitation to submit the full-text paper before September 15, 2019.

New complete Communications proposals may be sent until September 15, 2019.

FORMAT, EXTENSION AND LANGUAGES

First page, separable, including only the following information, not to be shown anywhere else throughout the paper:

• Complete title of the paper at the top of the page (in English, plus a second language to choose from Spanish, Portuguese or French)
• Name(s) and surnames of the author(s), position, institution or company and email address.
• Topic area it belongs to
• Keywords (five maximum) in English and a second language, namely Spanish, Portuguese or French.

Second and following pages: They will start with the title of the work (in English and Spanish, Portuguese or French) and a summary / abstract not exceeding 100 words in English and Spanish, Portuguese or French. The Communications, which must be submitted in a Word file, must have an extension between 6,500 and 8,500 words, including bibliographical references and annexes, using font Times New Roman, size 12, line spacing 1.5, upper and lower margins 2.5 cm and left and right 3 cm. Quotations and bibliographic references will follow APA 2017 Standards.
The communications proposals can be presented in any of the official languages of the Forum: Spanish, Portuguese, English or French; although the main language that will be used in its development will be Spanish.

EVALUATION AND NOTIFICATIONS

• Abstracts of communications proposals should be sent to the address: foro.economia.circular@uam.es before July 1, 2019.
• Abstracts received will be evaluated anonymously by at least two members of the Scientific Committee of the Forum.
• The author (s) will be notified of their paper review result before July 15, 2019.
• The author (s) of the Final Communications will be notified of their paper review result before September 23, 2019.
• Each author may submit a maximum of two original papers, not previously published, either as single author or co-author.
• The presentation of accepted Communications in the Forum, as well as their inclusion in the Proceedings Book to be edited after its completion, will be subject to the formalization of due registration of at least one of the authors before September 3, 2019.

PUBLICATION OF COMMUNICATIONS OPPORTUNITIES

The Communications accepted and presented at the Congress will be published in a Proceedings Book with ISBN, which will be edited due to the Forum.
Additionally, these papers may be considered for evaluation and subsequent publication in the Enlightening Tourism Journal, a Pathmaking Journal (http://www.uhu.es/publicaciones/ojs/index.php/et/index), as well as in a Special Issue of Sustainability Journal dedicated to Circular Economy and Tourism

DEADLINES

• Submission of abstracts of communications proposals: end July 1.
• Communications reception: end September 15.
• The registration period has two key dates:

a) Before September 3 (preferential date with discount on registration)
b) From September 4 onwards
