Definitive leave
In case a student ask for a definitive leave of the PhD Program on which he is enroled, he must present the application that is in the downloading area. The form must be sent by email to the Doctoral School, at doctorado.gestion@uam.es
According to the article 8.6 of the Procedure for the Doctoral Students Monitoring at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, approved by the Head Committee of the Doctoral School on 15th of September, 2015, “The doctoral students that cause Permanent Leave in a Doctoral Program will not be admitted in the same one within the following three years. Exceptionally, the Academic Committee of the Doctoral Program may consider the justified cases which would imply a new Doctoral Thesis with a different supervisor and a completely new Research Plan.
