a) Framework agreements and student exchange
Universities who wish to propose an international agreement (universities in countries that cannot sign bilateral Erasmus agreements) in the fields of Law or Political Science should contact a member of the Faculty teaching staff (UAM teaching staff may directly propose the signature of international agreements) or, alternatively, they should contact the person in charge of the Vice-Deanship of International Relations. (vicedecana.derecho.rrii@uam.es)
The UAM has a model framework agreement and a model specific agreement for student exchange (Spanish and English versions).
Specific Agreements must be approved by the Law Faculty before being approved by the UAM International Relations Committee.
Additionally, it will be necessary to fill in the information relating to the university in question in the proposal form.
All the above documentation should be accompanied by a letter of intent signed by the Rector of the partner university.
b) Signature of co-tutorship agreements for doctoral theses
Students or members of teaching staff who wish to sign a co-tutorship agreement for a doctoral thesis should first contact the member of the Law Faculty teaching staff who they wish to have as co-tutor. Then, they should contact the Central ORI and follow the prescribed procedure.
