Irene Sancho Casado obtained her Degree in Chemistry in 2018 at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (UAM). As an undergraduate student, she participated in the synthesis of heterogeneous catalysts for the prodution of biocompatible and biodegradable polymers under the supervision of Prof. Yolanda Pérez Cortes. In her final project degree, she studied the synthesis of dinucleoside monomers and its self/assembly in aqueous medium, and her final thesis in "Máster de Química Orgánica" in UAM in 2019, based on molecular recognition in self-assembled nanotubes, both in the group of David González Rodríguez (MSMn). At present, she has begun like Phd Student.
