nuestras líneas de investigación se centran en varias áreas clave relacionadas con el rendimiento deportivo. Estas incluyen el análisis de los procesos de fatiga central, metabólica y muscular, el cambio de actitudes, el aprendizaje y control motor, así como los procesos psicológicos vinculados con la salud y el entrenamiento deportivo. Estamos comprometidos en profundizar en estas áreas para aportar conocimiento valioso que pueda mejorar tanto el rendimiento como el bienestar de los/as deportistas.
